403B Retirement Package  CBHC provides a 9%, unmatched, retirement contribution through Nationwide after employee eligibility.

Insurance Plans   Medical,  Dental, Vision, Life, Supplemental Employees are eligible to enroll in the medical, dental, vision and supplemental health plans effective the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.

Holidays & Leave Benefits   CBHC pays full time staff eleven (11) annual holidays. Additionally, paid time off for full-time employees includes PTO accrual for bi-weekly pay periods. Leave accruals are based upon an employee’s years of service with CBHC.

Licensure Supervision & Reimbursement   CBHC provides Chapter 491 licensure supervision at no charge to eligible employees.   Additionally, CBHC pays for the cost of license renewal and CEUs once licensure has been obtained for qualifying professional positions.

Employee Assistance Program   This program provides confidential, free assistance to employees and their family members to help resolve challenges that affect their personal life and job performance.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness for Student Loans   CBHC qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program and assists employees in completing the application process.
