As many of you know, CBHC is opening a second office in Port Charlotte that is located on the border of Port Charlotte and North Port. This new office will allow CBHC to continue to provide Southwest Florida with programs and services in an array of expert care. We wanted to take this time to give you a little information on the exciting expansion of services that we will be providing.
The name of our new office will be Northside Psychiatry Services a division of Charlotte Behavioral Health Care. The new office is located in the Murdock Town Center at 1032 Tamiami Trail Port Charlotte, FL 33953. The target date to have the new office set up and ready to see consumers will be November 12th. This office will include Children’s Services including; Individual Therapy Children’s Groups, Home & School Based Therapy Services and Psychiatric Services. The new office will also include Individual and Group Therapy and Psychiatric Services for adults. Our target clients for this new location will be Value Options & Medicaid consumers.
Currently there is an Implementation Plan for the new office that will address the goals and strategies that we will follow to get us up and running in North Port. These include establishing the hours/days that we will be open, planning how we will handle the phone calls and how to make the intake process a seamless effort, how to manage existing clients that want to change locations and we are working on going paperless in that office from the very beginning. The new office has 2 group rooms, 2 exam rooms and 4 offices and while there needs a little construction work, we are excited to be having such an appealing location for our soon to be new consumers.
There will be a media blitz in our marketing plan that will include TV commercials, website search engine marketing, new brochures and some clinical marketing. We will also be reaching out to the schools and pediatricians in this area to provide them with valuable information that they will use when referring new consumers.
