Chronic illness can weigh us down, and can strain the family bonds and friends can dwindle. We, peers who are able, need to step up if we can and raise our voice to be heard. Before we can do that we need to be right with our “illness” and who we are as a person. It is essential for our good mental health and our recovery from:
- Drug and Alcohol Detox Services
- Substance Abuse Treatment
- Mental Health Treatment Programs
- Child Counselor and Psychiatric Services
Starting every Monday (as frequent as possible on Mondays) I am going to post two Essentials for Good Mental Health and Wellness. I, Chato Stewart, your Consumer Ambassador will try applying two both essentials in some way, some how once a day. I will do two Essentials for a Week (7 days) then Comment briefly about it. They will change every Monday only based on Physical Essentials and Emotional Essentials.
